V. SANJAY KRISHNA

Graduated in law (B.A.L., LLB – 5 years integrated law course) from Vivekananda College of Law, Bangalore University in the Year 1997, enrolled as an apprentice in the office of a designated Senior Counsel in the High Court of Karnataka and after completing the apprenticeship in year 1998 he enrolled as an Advocate on the rolls of Karnataka State Bar Council on 21-08-1998.

He established an independent practice with his wife Mrs. Ashwini. S. Bhat in the year 1999 and he has experience in conducting both trial and appellate matters on the civil side practice. He has conducted cases for Bangalore Development of Authority, Karnataka Silk Marketing Board and Karnataka Agriculture Marketing Board and has also handled Writ Petitions, Civil Appeals and Arbitration cases involving intricate questions of law. He has the experience of handling Non-Litigation property matters including scrutiny of title, opinions and drafting the various deeds pertaining to transfer of immovable properties. He has the experience of handling the matters pertaining to corporate laws, consumer protection laws, banking & Securitisation laws, inheritance and succession laws, arbitration and conciliation law, criminal laws relating to economic offences and banking laws. He has also rendered pro-bono services through the High Court Legal Services Committee for a period of over five years.

In the early 2006 he has joined hands with Mr. E. Suhail Ahmed, Advocate and formed the Law Firm “M/s. TRIALBASE” and is a Partner in the firm.

E.SUHAIL AHMED

Graduated in law (B.A.L., LLB – 5 years integrated law course) from Vivekananda College of Law, Bangalore University in the Year in the year 99-2000, enrolled himself as an Advocate on the rolls of Karnataka State Bar Council on 01-06-2001. He has put in valuable service in the field of corporate laws, property laws and other civil laws.He worked for M/s. Maruthi Group of companies, Bangalore as its Legal officer between 1999-2001. The group of companies had a vast profile of businesses including commercial real estate projects, export & import, hospitality etc., As the legal officer of the group companies he was responsible for the scrutiny of documents related to properties purchased by the company, drafting of various contracts, liaison with all government authorities, documentation of the group company, compliance of excise laws, licensing of the resort cum club owned by the company etc.,
From 2001 – 2002 he put in practice under the aegis of the firm M/s. L.G. Associates as an associate. The firm mostly had litigation practice and he exposed himself to the practice and procedure of the courts in trial and appellate stages of litigation. Between 2002-2003 he joined T.S Satish Associates as a partner and thereafter started practicing independently in the year 2004. After putting in 2 years of independent practice he joined hands with Mr. V. Sanjay Krishna and formed the firm “M/s. TRIALBASE”.

He is well versed with real estate law, civil laws, municipal laws, Local area planning laws and procedures and property laws. He has over a period of time gained vast experience and expertise in conducting due diligence and providing legal scrutiny reports in respect of residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial properties as also in drafting of various types of contracts, documents, and deeds in relation to immovable properties. He has also acquired good knowledge in preparing all kind of corporate contracts.

Having keenly followed Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act 2016 ( RERDA) and gained good knowledge about RERA Act, he is one of the consultants for RERA CONSULTANTS LLP, a firm involved in offering advisory and consultancy services related to all matters under RERDA.

Presently a member of the JNC Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research and Anti- Ragging Committee of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bengaluru.

As Chairman – Legal Committee of National Real Estate Development Council – NAREDCO – (Karnataka) was actively involved in discussing, preparing and filing objections as well as making representations on behalf of NAREDCO to the Government of Karnataka on the RERDA Rules proposed by Karnataka.

He has Conducted several seminars on RERA , both Public as well as for specific Clients and has also participatd in many panel discussions on RERA.
